There are few private homes that can accommodate up to 16 people. If you have a large crew and want to be near mid-town, this is the unit for you.
Lookout Estates Condos is about one block from Sudderth Drive – the main road through Ruidoso. When staying in one of these condos you`re close to all the action – shopping, dining, golf, casinos, and all the fun things that drew you to Ruidoso.
You`ll also have a private deck on the top floor, with lovely views of the area, and a gas grill, so you can dine in if you prefer.
This condo also offers window a/c units for the couple of warm weeks we have.
The heated pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and is available to all guests. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.
We regularly have a herd of elk wandering through, so bring your camera. We`re also just below a forest watch-tower, so you can take the short hike up to it and be on top of the world, with views of the whole town.

First, the house was very spacious and clean. The neighbors were quiet and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and visit to Ruidoso. Thank you for hosting us.
We loved the house. The gameroom was a great family gathering spot. Only complaint we had were the stairs everywhere. If you have older or younger guests you might not want this one. There is no way to block off the stairs to keep little ones from falling. The layout of the house forces you to use stairs one way or another. For this reason it would have been nice to have a mini fridge on each floor for easy access to refrigerated meds, baby milk, water, etc.
