Coffey House - A3 Coffee House condo is an elegant new addition to our vacation rental portfolio. With two king size suits with full baths and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, you can comfortably sleep 6 people. You will find everything you need to cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer just in case you need one. The gas log fireplace in the living room adds to the Ruidoso experience, without the hassle of hauling firewood, as well as the deck with grill and outdoor seating for those cool evenings to relax and enjoy cooking, taking in the night sky, or to enjoy your morning coffee and the view of the mountains and down town Ruidoso. Tv with cable, WiFi , gas grill with outdoor seating. Community pool open Memorial Day- Labor Day Our on site office is open Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm Coffey House is conveniently located 1 block from downtown Ruidoso shopping, 10 minutes from the Inn of the Mountain Gods, and just 10 minutes from Ski Run Rd. There are Numerous golf courses in the area that are open to the public, and we are minutes from family fun activities, such as, swimming, go karts and putt putt golf.

Great place will stay again
The house was nice although the screen door wouldn’t close. The windows didn’t have locks on them. Their was no bathroom amenities
Paid $1,100 for a 2 night stay. For some reason after they charge the non-refundable fee, they then make you sign a horribly written, overly complicated, and unreasonable rental agreement. The front screen door to the condo was broken, sharp metal edges protruding from door step and had to be forced shut. The heating system was very inadequate and complicated. The fireplace did not work. I messaged, text messaged, and called about the heating and fireplace. This was in January so it was cold. I received no response. It was not until I sent an email from my law office that I recieved a response. Still, they never addressed the non-working fireplace and simply ignored my messages. The renters next door had a dog that barked all day and night. I messaged the lodging company about it and they also ignored and did not respond. Horrible stay. Do not recommend. Not worth the money. Feel cheated.
